What are the signs of a boiler not working properly?
- Loss of heating or hot water
- The pilot light or flames are orange or yellow in colour, this should be blue
- High system water pressure
- blockages in the burner, faulty valves and pumps ETC
What does a boiler service involve?
During a boiler service our engineers will open, inspect and clean the main components of your boiler. This ensures the each component is working properly and have no defects that might effect the boilers performance.

All our engineers are gas safe registered and are focused on customer care and service. We can provide you with your gas safety certificates (CP12), these are completed at the residence, signed by the engineer and sent directly to the Landlord.
We offer discounts for multiple properties, annual reminders in advance for both Landlord and tennents as well as competitive rates.
